We ordered our cow (well, our half of a cow) last March. I ran out of grass-fed cuts a couple of months ago so the only beef we’ve eaten since has been grass-fed ground beef from Slowpoke Farms in Cisco. It will be nice to have a steak this summer. I’m dizzy with culinary possibility.
